This policy explains how Outpace Performance Ltd (“Outpace”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data through this website, and the rights you have over that data. We are the controller of the personal data described below. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 17364456, and our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. 1. What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

  • your name;
  • your company name, if you provide it;
  • your email address;
  • an indicative budget range, if you provide it; and
  • the content of your message.

The website does not otherwise track you, profile you or collect personal data about your visit. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking tags on this site.

2. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the data you submit through the contact form to read, assess and respond to your enquiry, and - where the conversation continues - to take the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are our legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us about our services, in a way you would reasonably expect and with minimal privacy impact) and, where your enquiry may lead to an engagement, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We will not use your details to send you marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing.

3. How the form is processed

The contact form is processed by a third-party form provider, Formspree, which receives your submission and forwards it to our email address. Formspree acts as a processor in respect of that data and processes it in accordance with its own security and privacy commitments. Where the processing of form submissions involves a transfer of your data outside the United Kingdom, that transfer is made subject to appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Your submission is then held in our email system.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes described above. As a rule, enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange with you. Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, the related correspondence may be retained for the duration of that engagement and thereafter as required for legal, accounting or contractual purposes.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data rectified, or incomplete data completed;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive the data you provided to us in a portable format in certain circumstances; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. We will respond within the timescales required by law. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. There are no analytics cookies, advertising cookies or preference cookies, and no cookie banner is needed. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads; that request necessarily includes technical information such as your IP address and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. No other third-party resources are loaded when you browse the site.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond to you. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, however, and you submit information through the site at your own discretion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time by amending this page. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be flagged on this page.
